Pesticide Notification Information

In 2000 The California Healthy Schools Act (HSA) was enacted. The Healthy Schools Act requires that all school districts provide parents, guardians, and staff annual written notification of expected pesticide use on school sites. The notification identifies the active ingredient(s) in the pesticide product that may be used.
