- English Language Arts (ELA) Achievement
- Reduce the district’s distance from standard in ELA by 10 points on the CAASPP
assessment.
- Implement consistent, high-quality Tier 1 instruction in literacy.
- Provide targeted supports for foster youth, English learners, students with disabilities, and displaced youth.
- Expand family literacy workshops to strengthen home-school connections.
- Mathematics Achievement
- Reduce the district’s distance from standard in Math by 15 points on the CAASP assessment.
- Ensure fidelity of new math curriculum adoption with ongoing teacher training.
- Strengthen differentiated math instruction and interventions for students below standard.
- Offer family numeracy nights and resources to support math at home.
- Reduced Chronic Absenteeism
- Lower chronic absenteeism from 24.1% to below 20%.
- Expand attendance intervention systems, including outreach and incentives.
- Address barriers to attendance.
- Monitor attendance data monthly and provide site-level supports.
- Student Wellness & Social-Emotional Learning (SEL)
- Strengthen student engagement and sense of belonging through culturally relevant curriculum and mentorship programs.
- Increase utilization to mental health services and wellness initiatives for students and staff.
- Amplify student voice through surveys and focus groups.
- Integrate SEL into Tier 1 classroom instruction with targeted interventions for students in need.
