- Kindergarten Registration April 12, 2012 - June 1, 2012
- K-12 Registration June 4, 2012 - August 3, 2012
All registration dates listed above are by appointment only.

Open Enrollment:
- August 6, 2012 - August 15, 2012
- Registration is held in the Val Verde High School gymnasium across the street from the District Office, so PLAN ON TAKING HALF A DAY TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS.
Inter and Intra-District Transfer Renewal Request:
Inter-District Transfers - January 15, 2012 - June 6, 2012
(Transfers into Val Verde schools or leaving Val Verde schools for other school districts)
Intra-District Transfers - January 15, 2012 - Febuary 28, 2012
(Transfers to and from schools within the Val Verde School District)
Transfer Instructions:
- Transfer forms/requests must be submitted in person at the Registration Center.
- All transfer renewal requests must be submitted by the dates indicated above to be eligible for consideration for the next school year.
- Any transfer renewal request received after the enrollment window will be considered six weeks after the first day of school and classrooms are balanced.
- Transfers will only be approved into school sites that have available space.
- All transfer requests must meet the terms and conditions listed on the transfer forms.
- Parent/Guardian will be notified of their transfer status by mail.
