This is a crisis line for adults & adolescents, generally those who have substance abuse issues. The people who staff this line will provide referral information about in-patient and outpatient resources. There are charges for in-patient and some other services.
* NOTE: The next entries are twelve-step groups. Twelve-step groups are usually willing to provide speakers for classes/groups.

For children and young people between the ages of 12 & 21 years of age whose lives are impacted by the drinking of others. Meetings are held at 6pm on Friday evenings at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church [13600 Nason St. at the corner of Nason & Cottonwood in Moreno Valley, CA]. An Al-Anon group meets at the same time and place on Friday evenings so parent and teen can arrive together and each attend their own meeting.

This 8 week program is designed for adolescents who are just beginning to experience some problems with alcohol or other drugs. Assessment and evaluation is free. Day: Wednesday, Time: 3:30-5:00 p.m. Program total cost= $40 ($5 per session). Adult drug/alcohol treatment is also available (BETA program-20 week session). Call for further information.
