Free clinics are offered for people with low incomes. Spanish & English are spoken. Clinics are only offered on certain days so please telephone ahead for information. Phones are answered Mondays & Wednesdays from 11:30am to 2pm and on Tuesdays, Thursdays, & Fridays from 9:30am to 2pm. You'll have to persist - the lines are often busy.

Help in family law matters, guardianships, and unlawful detainers. Consultation with an attorney on any legal matter is available. Call for an appointment or for information about scheduled "walk-in" locations. The "walk in" locations are in San Bernardino, Rancho Cucamonga, Victorville, and Chino . This is a service for clients with low income and donations are accepted.

This agency handles criminal cases when appointed by the court. Can telephone for referral information in re: criminal matters, however.

This agency is a referral service for attorneys who will provide free services to those who are eligible. A staff person will help to determine eligibility over the phone. As an option, you may call and leave a message at other times requesting a return call.

Victim-Witness Assistance

This agency will help victims of violent crime & their families. They will also provide services such as court support for witnesses of violent crime. Good referral resource for support groups, etc. These people will also assist with completing paperwork for the Victims of Violent Crime Program which helps victims get funding for counseling, medical, and other services.
