This group is for any parent/caregiver or family member of a child with special needs. The group meets the 3rd Thursday of each month (except April, July, August, & December) at: Rainbow Springs Infant/Preschool, 23900 Eucalyptus Ave. , Moreno Valley , CA , from 7pm until 8:30pm. Interpreting services are available upon 72 hours notice as well as babysitting.

This is an agency under contract to California to provide programs & services to address the needs of those with developmental disabilities. Any resident of this state who is suspected of being developmentally disabled (this term includes mental retardation, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism, & handicapping conditions found to be closely related to mental retardation or to require treatment similar to that required for individuals who are mentally retarded) is eligible for services. The agency will do an initial assessment.

There is no charge for diagnosis, evaluation, or counseling. Life-long service is offered to those who are eligible. (Spanish/English)
