If someone has an insurance plan such as Kaiser or Blue Cross, that may be a source of counseling services; or, a personal physician or minister/rabbi may also be able to provide individualized referrals. Pacific Care Behavioral Health (up to 50 visits/year) is available to VVUSD employees who have health care insurance through Blue Cross. To access, call PacifiCare at 1 (800) 999-9585. Kaiser has its own mental health service component. To access those services, telephone Customer Service at 1 (800) 464-4000. This is an outpatient clinic offering mental health services and referral information. It is designed for adults aged 18 through 60 years who live in Riverside, Moreno Valley, Woodcrest, Arlington, Highgrove, Jurupa, Sunnymead, La Cadena, Rubidoux, Pedley, Corona, or Norco. There is a young adult program (Jefferson Wellness) specifically designed to serve young adults who are 18 -21 ½ years old.

This agency has contracted with the Riverside County Department of Public Social Services and is offering no cost individual or family counseling services to eligible families. This service is for parents, foster parents, or other caregivers who are at-risk of hurting a child because of stress, divorce, past abuse, unemployment, anger problems, domestic violence, parenting difficulties, abuse of alcohol or drugs, or any other reason. This service is also for children who have been hurt by an adult whether from neglect, sexual abuse, physical abuse, or emotional abuse. Services are available in Perris, Moreno Valley , Riverside , Wildomar, Hesperia, Cathedral City , Indio , Rubidoux, and Palm Desert . This agency also has services available at various sites in San Bernardino County .

Serves those who live in Moreno Valley . Individual and group counseling for eligible children is provided. This agency conducts group sessions addressing various issues. For example, a group for children to address issues of grief and loss; and separate groups for girls and boys to address social skills and related issues.
