Westside ( Citrus Hill High school) Part I

The earthwork is progressing and is 95 percent complete. The installation of the 60” and 36”storm water drain system are also complete with the exception of offsite structures. The sub-terrain drain and AG water re-route portion of construction is complete. Underground fire and domestic water lines are also nearing completion. Off -site street improvements are underway at, and across Wood and Markham Streets, with a few peripheral issues currently awaiting County review and approval.

Citrus Hills High School Part II

Work progressed throughout the month of May with flatwork throughout the campus and out at the Baseball fields. Amendment installation, field irrigation, and fence installation at the baseball and soccer fields are close to completion. The student parking lot and the fire lane have curbs and base installed and are ready for AC paving.

The Football Stadium Artificial Turf is 70% complete. The track AC paving is installed in preparation for the non permeable rubber track surface. The irrigation booster pump has been delivered and set on the pad.

Interior punch list has been completed by several contractors while other contractors continue to complete remaining items on their punch lists. The Modular class rooms have had carpet installed and are ready for interior punch list to be generated.

Stainless steel equipment has been delivered and is being installed in the snack bar of the Gym. Both operable walls (in Bldg I, a permanent class room bldg), and folding partition walls (in the dance room and one Gym class room) have been installed.

Building B, the Multi-purpose building has exterior doors hung, painted, and hardware installed. Interior doors are installed and being painted. Drywall and taping are complete in the main seating room and continue on the stage walls. Rest rooms have had ceramic tile installed and plumbing fixtures are presently being installed before the toilet partitions are delivered and installed. T-grid is installed in the main room and ready for lights and grills to be installed. The electricians are in the process of installing the main switchgear in the electric room. On the exterior, the standing seam metal roof is complete, and flatwork continues to be installed around the building.
