Triple Crown Elementary School

Bids were opened on May 20, 2005. Fifty-one bids were received for thirteen prime contracts. PCM3 is presently in the process of conducting post-bid interviews and awarding contracts.

Construction is still scheduled to commence on June 13, 2005.

Boulder Springs Elementary School

Boulder Springs Elementary School project is currently in the planning stage of construction. Boulder Springs Elementary School will have 7 buildings at approximately 45,000 square feet. It will house 650 students. Estimated construction start is June 200 6 . Estimated completion is June 200 7 . Project Architect will be DC Architects.
