Rainbow Ridge Elementary School Growth
Bids were opened on May 5, 2005. Post-bid interviews and the award of contracts was ongoing throughout the month. Temporary fencing was installed at the site during the last week of May.
Import for this project was also delivered to the adjacent Indian Middle School site during the last portion of May. During June, look for extensive site demolition to begin. Also, earthwork for the building pad should begin, as should the installation of site utilities up to the new two-story building.
During this summer, the construction schedule calls for all site utilities to be brought to the building pad, all paving to be completed (including a new fire lane), the ball field re-graded and sodded, and new play equipment to be installed in the playground.
