Triple Crown Elementary School

All thirteen prime contracts have been awarded. A few preliminary construction events transpired during the latter half of June. The site has been enclosed with temporary fencing and has been cleared, surveying and staking has begun for the permanent buildings (A, B, and C), and the offsite fire hydrant (which will also serve as the site's temporary water source) has been installed.

Look for this project to swing into gear during July. Building pads should be delivered at Bldg A, B, and C. Underground electrical and plumbing rough-in at these buildings will follow the completion of building pads, with the footing operation to begin immediately thereafter.

Boulder Springs Elementary School

Boulder Springs Elementary School project is currently in the planning stage of construction. Boulder Springs Elementary School will have 7 buildings at approximately 45,000 square feet. It will house 650 students. Estimated construction start is June 200 6 . Estimated completion is June 200 7 . Project Architect will be DC Architects.
