Westside ( Citrus Hill High school) Part I

To date, the contractor has exported 110,000 cubic yards of earth and removed 35,000 cubic yards of exposed and blasted rock (granite). The earthwork is complete. Installation of the retaining wall is complete. The installation of the 60” and 36”storm water drain system are also complete including offsite structures. The sub-terrain drain and AG water re-route portion of construction is complete. Underground fire and domestic water lines are complete. Striping is in progress with traffic signals and street lights scheduled to energize by mid July ’05.

Citrus Hills High School Part II

Work progressed throughout the month of June with flatwork throughout the campus and Hydroseed grass mix placed for the Baseball, Soccer, and perimeter slopes. Amendment installation, field irrigation, and fence installation at the baseball and soccer fields are complete. All parking lots except for the stadium parking and the fire lane have A/C paving installed and are being slurried.

The Football Stadium Artificial Turf is 100% complete. The track AC paving is installed and the non permeable rubber track surface is nearly complete.

The Gym has graphics installed on the walls of the Gym proper and the snack bar has all Stainless Steel equipment installed. only a few punch list items remain for the Gym.

Interior punch list has been completed by several contractors and is about 40% complete, while other contractors continue to complete remaining items on their punch lists. The Modular class rooms are ready for interior punch list to be generated. Exterior punch list for the permanent buildings has been generated and will be issued shortly.

Trees and shrubs have all been delivered to the site and the campus now has quite a bit of foliage planted throughout planters and landscape areas.

Building B is complete with all drywall, paint and fabric wrapped wall panels. Casework, toilet partitions and T-grid ceilings have been installed, along with roll-up doors and ticket windows.
