Rainbow Ridge Elementary School Growth
The Rainbow Ridge Elementary School Growth project is currently in the planning stage of construction. Rainbow Ridge Elementary School will be receiving a new two-story 21 classroom building at approximately 25,000 square feet. This new building will house 413 students and 26 students in special education. Estimated construction start is March 2005. Estimated completion is March 2006. Project Architect will be DC Architects.

Triple Crown Elementary School
Boulder Springs Elementary School project is currently in the planning stage of construction. Boulder Springs Elementary School will have 7 buildings at approximately 45,000 square feet. It will house 650 students. Estimated construction start is June 2005. Estimated completion is June 2006. Project Architect will be DC Architects.

Indian Middle School
The grading bid package for Indian Middle School, slated to locate just north of Rainbow Ridge Elementary School on Indian Avenue in Moreno Valley, is tentatively scheduled for a January 20, 2005 bid opening. Plans for this project are tentatively scheduled to be on the streets by 12/23/4. This remaining contracts for this brand new middle school of about 85,000 sq. ft. will be out for a February 2005 bid. This school is slated for occupation for the school year beginning August 2006.
