Opportunities School

Notably, this school was occupied by Val Verde Unified School District on 10/18/04. The only contract scope yet to be performed is the installation of canopy lights, the correction of one lamp at a site light pole, priming and painting of exposed gas piping, labeling of electrical equipment, a flood test to ensure that the buildings are weathertight, floating of concrete in two locations to eliminate ponding, and the replacement of one light pole at Val Verde High School that was damaged during the course of the project. Each of these items are on the project's punchlist. All other contract work has been completed, including tying AC units into the energy management system.
