Sierra Vista Elementary School (5) Portables Project

These five new portable buildings were occupied for the first day of school on August 23, 2004. A small ten-item punchlist, comprised solely of painting corrections, was issued on August 25, 2004; Parkwest will complete that punchlist by the end of the month. The first round of closeout documents was also received from Parkwest Construction on August 25, 2004. PCM3 will be collecting the remaining closeout documents from Parkwest in the next few weeks.
