Red Maple Elementary School

SITEWORK: The playground equipment east of the multipurpose building has been installed and secured. The playground equipment near the south parking lot is about 50% installed. The booster pumps for irrigation have been installed and electrical terminated. Water lines will be terminated next week. The landscaper is nearly finished planting trees and shrubs throughout the site, and sod is about 90% complete.

BUILDING A: The Principal, secretary, and librarian have moved into the administration building. Punch list still continues on this building, however it is about 90% done.

BUILDING B: One teacher has moved into the kindergarten building along with all children desks and all teachers’ desks. Punch list is about 90% done and still continues for this building.

BUILDING C: The fire riser has been installed and needs to have the flow switch wired to be 100%. Some progress has been made on the walk-in refrigerator. The only remaining items for it are installing 2 breakers, charging the system with the refrigerant, and finish the welds on the condensate drain.

BUILDINGS D, E, F, and G: The district has been moving teachers and students desks into all portables. Punch list continues for these buildings.

Preschool Building : Little is needed to finish this building. Carpet needs to be installed, some electrical needs to be terminated in the ceiling, doors need paint and interior walls need to be completed to hide the modular lines.
