Red Maple Elementary School

SITEWORK: The east parking lot and the north blacktop area along the fire lane have all been slurry coated and striped for parking spots, basket ball courts, hand ball courts, hop scotch courts, and tether ball. Flat work continues and is nearly complete. The landscapers have been setting trees in the planters and installing forms for mow-stripps. The west parking lot has been graded and now has curb and gutter poured and also has all of the fence posts set.

BUILDING A: Glass and glass stops have been installed in the interior doors. White glove cleanup has been completed. Punch list items continue to be completed.

BUILDING B: White glove cleanup has been completed and punch list items continue to be completed.

BUILDING C: Punch list items continue to be completed and white glove cleanup is in the process of being completed. The gas company has completed approving this building, finishing with the kitchen.

BUILDINGS D, E, F, and G: Data and phone continues to be terminated and punch list has been issued for all buildings. White glove cleanup will begin in July.

Preschool Building : The transformer pad has been poured and the gas has been signed off by the gas company. Dirt import for elevation around the pre-school should start soon now that the curbs and gutters are done.
