Red Maple Elementary School

SITEWORK: Germination on both ball fields continues to improve and the sinkhole in the southeast ball field has been repaired, compacted, and inspected. The retaining wall for the handi- cap ramp has been backfilled and compacted and will be poured next week. The landscaper is nearly finished roughing in the lateral lines in the planters.

BUILDING A: Ceiling tile has been installed in admin and library. Electric room is finished accept for the meters, which we are waiting on Edison for to energize bldg A. Exterior frames, concrete blocks, and 1” metal reveals have been caulked. Transformer has been craned onto the roof and set on pad.

BUILDING B: Ceiling tile is in. Exterior seams and frames have been caulked. Feeders have been pulled to electric room, and transformer is installed in the electric room.

BUILDING C: Ceiling tile is being installed. Transformer was craned onto the roof and the exhaust fan for the kitchen is installed. Employee lockers have been delivered and installed. The kitchen is ready for the kitchen equipment to be installed. Exterior frames and seams have been caulked.

BUILDINGS D, E, F, and G: MSI continues to expedite their own punch list. EMS, data, temperature controls, and fire alarm are still being installed.

Preschool Building : Caston plastering finished the color coat on the stucco. PK Mechanical is ready for final connection with the gas.
