Val Verde High School

The sheet metal scope of work has been completed at Val Verde High School's five new portables (Bldg F). Installation of new vinyl wallcoverings inside each classroom were also completed. The stucco operation was in progress all month and should complete 6/1/2004. Electrical service, low-voltage, and flatwork scope of work should commence immediately thereafter. This project is scheduled to complete 7/15/2004.

The bid opening for the Seven Modulars and One Toilet Unit project (hereinafter called the Opportunity School) was conducted on 5/27/2004. ASR Constructors was the apparent low responsive bidder. Val Verde Unified School District will issue a Notice to Proceed on 6/1/2004. The project is scheduled to commence on 6/7/2004 and complete by 10/1/2004.
