Westside ( Citrus Hill High school) Part I

The earthwork is progressing and is 95 percent complete. The installation of the 60” and 36”storm water drain system are also complete with the exception of offsite structures. The sub-terrain drain and AG water re-route portion of construction is complete. Underground fire and domestic water lines are also nearing completion. Off -site street improvements are underway at, and across Wood and Markham Streets, with a few peripheral issues currently awaiting County review and approval.

Citrus Hills High School Part II

Work progressed throughout the month of April with flatwork throughout the campus and out at the Baseball fields. Angel mix, field irrigation, Baseball and softball backstops, and fence installation at the baseball and soccer fields are close to completion. Grading has commenced at the student parking lot just west of the softball fields.

Punch list has been generated on Buildings R, A, D, E, C, H, G, I, F, U, W, and S. Buildings O, N, and the Modular class room Punchlist will be generated during the month of May, and will be issued to contractors as processed.

The Football Stadium artificial surface drain system, fabric, and base is being installed on the field. Artificial turf installation should begin by the end of May. The latest buildings to be permanently energized are: Modular classrooms, Football field snack bar (Building W), and the main signal room (Building N).

Telescoping bleachers have been completely installed and Gym floor protection replaced where needed. Trophy cases in the vestibules and display cases in the Gym snack bar have been installed and the snack bar is ready for District supplied equipment. The maple wood dance floor is installed and the room is ready for the operable wall to be completed.

Floor covering and pendant lighting is completely installed in the Music building. The rubber floor covering is installed in the weight room and ready for District supplied equipment.

Building B, the Multi-purpose building, is complete with all framing. Electrical rough in is about 95% complete. Mechanical, Plumbing, and HVAC rough in is complete. Insulation is about 85% complete. The Geoflex rubber roof is complete and leak tested. Exterior stucco has been completed also.
