Red Maple Elementary School

SITEWORK: The irrigation pipe work in the ball fields has been completed. We are scheduled to hydro seed on 5/4/04. Flatwork has been poured around the portables, and Buildings A, B, and C. Permanent perimeter fence except where gates are, is installed. The site was approved by Edison to set their transformer and pull wire.

BUILDING A: Casework has been installed. T-grid is complete in the lobby except where the skylights are going. Plumbing fixtures are complete except in the two outside restrooms. Flooring and wallpaper to begin on 5/3/04. Fluorescent lights and HVAC registers have been installed. The entire building is ready for carpet.

BUILDING B: Casework and wallpaper are being installed. T-grid is in and lights and registers are in place. Plumbers fixtures are finished except where casework is not in. Restrooms are tiled and grouted 100% .

BUILDING C: The tile in the kitchen is 100% complete. The kitchen is ready for the installation of the exhaust. Lights and registers are both installed. Exterior doorframes and window frames have been painted. All Fiberglass Reinforced Paneling is done in the kitchen; stainless steel wainscot is 50% complete. Casework has been delivered.

BUILDINGS D, E, F, and G: Roofcap flashing has been installed. Doors and doorframes are being painted. Carpet and baseboard have been installed. All Casework is complete.

Preschool Building : This modular was delivered and set on 4/20/04. The building is ready for Electrical and Plumbing hook ups.
