Indian Middle School

The bid opening for the grading bid package was conducted on 3/3/05. Six bids were received, and Western Rim Constructors (WRC) of Escondido has been awarded this contract.

WRC will mobilize the week of 4/4/05 to begin surveying, temporary fencing, site clearing, and general grading. WRC will attempt to deliver one or two permanent building pads by the end of April.

The bid opening for the remaining 15 bid packages (all scope excluding landscaping/irrigation) was conducted on 3/31/05. Contracts for these bid packages will be awarded during the first half of April.

The total cost of bids based off of the apparent low bid results and WRC is a slightly greater than thirteen million dollars.
