Westside ( Citrus Hill High school) Part I

The earthwork is progressing and is 95 percent complete. The installation of the 60” and 36”storm water drain system are also complete with the exception of offsite structures. The sub-terrain drain and AG water re-route portion of construction is complete. Underground fire and domestic water lines are also nearing completion. Off -site street improvements are underway at, and across Wood and Markham Streets, with a few peripheral issues currently awaiting County review and approval.

Citrus Hills High School Part II

Work progressed throughout the month of March with flatwork throughout the campus, at the Home side bleachers, and out at the Baseball fields. Angel mix, field irrigation, Baseball and softball backstops, and fence installation at the baseball and soccer fields are also underway. Baseball scoreboard and supports have been installed and are ready for finish electrical

The Football Stadium artificial surface drain system is being installed. The football scoreboard and track inner and outer curbs are in place and the track surface is now being final graded. The latest buildings to be permanently energized are: Library, Cafeteria, Music building, and Permanent classrooms. The District now occupies the Administration Building, with furniture installed, and in the month of April, the Library will be handed over to the District. Kitchen equipment has been delivered and is being installed in the Cafeteria and is approximately 90% complete.

Wood flooring and graphics are complete in the Gym. Casework is being installed in the Snack bar, with electrical being roughed through cabinet bases. FRP, Quarry tile, and glue up tile have also been installed. The standing seam metal roof is complete on the Gym low roofs. All classrooms have been carpeted except for the dance room, which will be receiving the Maple wood dance floor, and the Wrestling room, which will have removable mats. Stationary and telescoping bleachers will arrive the week of April 11 th .

The Music building has fabric wrapped wall panels installed and waiting for the pendent lighting to be completed before carpeting installation commences. In the Locker/Shower building, the solid plastic toilet partitions and locker benches have been installed. Building B, the Multi-purpose building, is complete with all framing. Electrical rough in is about 90% complete. Mechanical, Plumbing, and HVAC rough in is complete. Insulation is about 20% complete.

A completion list has been issued to all contractors that still have unfinished scope of work and will be followed up with by PCM3 on a regular basis.
