Westside ( Citrus Hill High school) Part IThe earthwork is progressing and is 95 percent complete. Installation of the retaining wall is continuing and is 99 percent complete. The installation of the 60” and 36”storm water drain system are also complete with the exception of offsite structures. The sub-terrain drain and AG water re-route portion of construction is complete. Underground fire and domestic water lines are also nearing completion. Off -site street improvements are underway at, and across Wood and Markham Streets, with a few peripheral issues currently awaiting County review and approval. Citrus Hills High School Part IIConstruction started August 4, 2003 with the Gymnasium. Subsequently, the Administration Building, Library, two Science Buildings, Vocational Arts Building, Cafeteria, Weight Room, Stadium Snack Bar, Music Building, Electrical Building, three Classroom Buildings, Amphitheatre, Football Stadium and six Modular Buildings are set and progressing with interior electrical and casework. Work progressed throughout the month of January with flatwork throughout the campus, behind the Home side bleachers, and out at the Baseball fields. Angel mix, field irrigation, and fence installation at the baseball and soccer fields are also underway. Split face CMU wall north of the Softball fields is complete and needs backfill and compaction to be 100%. The Football Stadium French drain system is installed, with backfill behind the east retaining wall complete and export of dirt stock pile has been initiated. The gas meter has been installed and energized to the meter only while the Gas Co. tests the rest of the site before completely signing off. The Administration Building is energized and small remaining items are being taken care of before the district moves in. The two Science Buildings, Cafeteria, and Industrial Arts Building have vinyl tile flooring installed, with rubber cove base in process. The geo-flex roofs are completed on the all buildings. Kitchen equipment has been delivered and is being installed in the Cafeteria. The Gymnasium, the largest building on the campus is near completion with M.E.P. rough in at 100%, shaft wall on the Mezzanine, drywall and finish, painting, basket ball backboards, scoreboard installation and metal stud framing complete. Glass and Glazing, door installation, Wood flooring, floor striping, and fixed bleachers are all projected to be compete in the month of February. The Music building has all glue up ceiling tile, doors hung and doorframes painted. Casework is complete and the building is ready for floor installation. In the Locker/shower building, the lockers and finish tile are being installed, along with Stainless Steel wall panels and finish plumbing fixtures. Building B, the Multi-purpose building, is about 90% complete with all framing. Electrical and plumbing rough in is about 80% complete. Mechanical and HVAC rough in is about 75% complete.
